Cylinder Safety Certification Exam
Here's how to obtain your certificate:
1. After you have completed your exam, you will receive a results page - print and mail the results page to:

2. Have your proctor (or supervisor) sign the results page. (If you are a sole proprietor, you may sign it yourself.)
3. When we receive your mailed results with your name, company and mailing address, Galiso will mail you your certificate. (Keep a copy of your results page for your files also)
